Fluffy Bagels

Our hand-rolled bagels take 24 hours to develop, resulting in a bagel that is chewy, fluffy, and flavorful. They are not as dense as traditional NY bagels. Boiled and baked fresh every morning.

Stuffed Bagels

Experience trend-worthy stuffed bagels that are cut and stuffed with unique house fillings, elevating regular bagels to another level. We call them “blooms” because the sections represent petals of a flower. Just rip to enjoy.

We don’t skimp out on the powder either. We use about 5-7g of matcha powder (depending on the drink). Combine that with extra rich Straus milk and natural house syrups/creams, you can rest assure that your matcha drink will be high quality.
